Register for a trip

Unless otherwise specified, we ask for a deposit between 500.00 and 2,000.00 CAD / person to confirm your file.

The balance is payable 60 days from departure. Flights are offered separately and are payable in full when booking.

 

We ask you to complete a registration form and agree to the terms of participation.

The price of many of our trips is in US$ and sometimes in Euros. We convert the amount when making payments according to the National Bank rate. This avoids taking large safety margins, so you pay the right price.

An invoice will be issued within 48 hours and confirmation of availability will follow the following week. You will receive your documents about 3-4 weeks before your departure either by email, by mail or at our office.
